This place suits me perfectly, providing great amenities like 24-hour reception, air conditioning, and a flat-screen TV. I remember when the staff helped me with my bags during my first stay. I'll definitely be back for a holiday!

the so-called deluxe room was an absolute embarrassment. filthy floors and a broken air conditioner should not be part of the experience, yet here we are. also, I woudl have appreciated a complimentary fruit basket or a better upgrade for my troubles. almost gave a good review, but this tragedy just couldn’t let me.

Things I wish I knew before I tried it
This place has a fantastic location—700m from Manila Bay and even closer to shopping. But be wary of the dated decor and occasional maintenance issues. The elevator can be unreliable, and the noise carries from nearby bars. Still, the friendly staff makes the stay more pleasant than expected!

The staff was friendly and provided good service.
Unfortunately, the room I was given was not clean and had several issues, including a rusty refrigerator and outdated furniture. The bathroom was in poor condition with mold behind the paint. Furthermore, the hotel was located near a noisy bar, which made it hard to sleep at night.

I had a great experience during my stay! The breakfast was delicious and the room was spotless. However, the noise from nearby bars was a bit annoying. I'd consider coming back.

Had a great time with my friends! The location is solid. we walked over to the nearby Robinson's Ermita and hit up some local bars. Perfect choice for those looking to explore without breaking the bank!
However, the noise at night was tough. Band performances right next to the hotel made it hard to get a good night’s sleep. Bring earplugs!

Target audience budget-conscious
There was a point when a guard smiled at me and offered directions to a nearby eatery. It was reassuring to see someone cared even in this rundown place!
The rates weren’t exactly 'cheap', but it was still acceptable for a budget stay.
